Study of Low Rise Urban Housing

 what if we can live in harmony with nature and our neighbour? what if we can breathe easily in our house in the city because we have garden and our own balcony? what if we live in a house thats not a part of city slums?

this urban housing is a low residential buildings thats has flexibility in units and garden, some unit have balcony, another units have public sky garden . Maybe if this buildings had becoming standard public housing in our crowded city, our city wil become better place to live

Disain Rumah Tipe 36 untuk perumahan

Disain Rumah TIpe 36 ini didisain untuk perumahan menengah ke atas . Konsep Disain rumah ini adalah rumah tropis yang sederhana namun tidak terlalu mahal untuk dibangun secara massal . Penghematan dilakukan pada komponen pintu dan jendela yang jumlahnya cukup untuk  sirkulasi udara dan cahaya . Ukuran jendela juga dibuat tidak terlalu lebar agar menghemat penggunaan bahan untuk kusen .

Disain Ruko ini mencoba memecah ke-monotonan , keseragaman dan kebosanan dari disain ruko yang cenderung tipikal dan seragam . Panel-panel warna terbuat dari  perforated aluminium panel , yang fungsinya menyembunyikan kompresor AC namun tetap dapat mengalirkan udara panas dari kompresor tersebut. Kita sering melihat peletakkan kompresor AC pada wajah ruko cenderung merusak tampilan dari ruko tersebut sehingga terlihat kumuh .

Small House for temporary shelter

In response to disaster in indonesia that recently

happened, we design a small house that can be

function as a temporary shelter buat can also

converted into a remote villa or permanent house . 3

m width and 5 m length this house can occupy three

person with single bed. The high shed roof provide

enough air circulation and light from the high

window. Using natural resource from wood, bamboo or

used material found in location, this house can be

built anywhere .
